The Other Woman is a 2-cabin Cruiser version of the Beneteau Oceanis 38 and is as close to a new boat as you are likely to find. She has been extremely well maintained. She is very clean and though her current owners have used her regularly, she shows little sign of wear and tear. She has been hauled annually the engine and saildrive have been maintained and bottom painted, hull waxed.

The Oceanis 38 has a modern hull design built for fast sailing and comfort.  With the hard chine in the hull and the beam carried all the way aft, there is a lot of interior volume and a large, comfortable cockpit.  The boat is quick and heals to the chine, the dual rudders mean that there is always good underwater steerage.  The dual helms make for comfortable helming as you can be on whichever side is most comfortable. The also allow easy flow through the cockpit and the drop down transom adds to that allowing easy access to the water and on and off the dinghy.

This is the 2- cabin version, so to port of the companionway is the aft cabin, with queen size berth running athwartships; forward of the port aft cabin is a large storage closet.  To starboard is the head and a separate shower room/wet locker.

In the main part of the salon, the galley runs down the starboard side of the boat, with chart table, seating, and dinette to port. Some of the seating is stools which can be moved, allowing versatile seating arrangments.
