Boat is very well equipped for cruising or live aboard. Refit in 2007 with all new 120 volt and 12 volt electrical wiring and breaker panel, gel batteries, 120 volt battery charger, wind generator, inverter, piping and tanks (water, fuel), water heater, shower, propane range with oven, direct vent propane cabin heater, 12 volt refrigeration, all to ABYC standards.

Fiberglass hull. Boat underwent a complete refit in 2007. All mechanical and electrical items new at that time with the exception of the engine. Two 20 lb. propane tanks in locker. 

Engine: Yanmar 2QM15. Diesel. 15 hp @ 3000 rpm. Fuel tank 18 gal. polyethylene. 

Closed cooling system with Fernstrom keel cooler. Dry exhaust riser with 2 in. exhaust, Center water lift muffler to exhaust discharge. 35 amp alternator.

Electrical: 12 volt DC electrical. Four group 31 gel batteries, 107 amp hours each, arranged in two banks of two batteries each. Charging from engine alternator, Pro Mariner 1230P battery charger, and Nature Power 400 watt wind turbine. 120 volt AC electrical: 30 amp shore power connection. AIMS 1000W sine wave inverter. Six GFCI protected convenience outlets. Breaker panel and wiring to ABYC standards. 

Fresh water: Two 25 gal. each polyethylene tanks. Shurflow pressure pump with intake strainer and surge tank. Water heater Force 10 model A01011 with 120 volt and engine jacket water heating. Hot and cold water to galley and head, with pullout shower and sump drain pump in head. 

Galley: Force 10 three burner propane range with oven and broiler.
Dometic 12 volt refrigeration unit with freezer box mounted in original ice box, with insulation added. Refrigeration unit new in 2017. Two twenty pound each aluminum propane cylinders mounted in stern locker. Propane system also serves Dickinson Newport P9000 cabin heater installed to ABYC standards. VHF, depth and knot meter, autopilot. 

Head: Wilcox-Crittenden Head Mate (not replaced at refit) with approximately 5 gal. holding tank, and "Y" valve discharge selector.

Sails: Main; In excellent, close to new condition. Roller furling jib; Harken Cruising Unit 1. Sail is useable, but quite worn. 150% jenoa on board flown as "genaker", in good condition. 2 spinnakers, Spinnaker pole on board, spinnaker included. Halyard winches, line locks at cockpit and other sails, custom cockpit awning included. 

Cabin: V berth has residential memory foam mattress, and a filler block to make a very large bed. All upholstery throughout boat replaced as part of refit. Three permanently mounted 12 volt fans. Six bronze, opening portlights, not original equipment. Propane heater listed above. Residential foam mattress in V-berth. 

Misc.: Carries two anchors on bow rollers, with anchor rode stowed in forward locker. Also carries anchor in brackets on deck. Bracket in lazarette for stowage of dingy motor. Heavy steel cradle for transport or storage included. West Marine by Zodiac model RU3 8 ft. inflatable.
